Michele Medlin—RN
Michele earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from NCSU in 1992 forming the foundation of her fascination with the reproductive system. During her years at home raising her 3 boys, she become a certified doula with Doulas of North America (DONA), allowing her to be an integral part of supporting couples on their way to becoming parents.
It was Michele’s passion for all aspects of women’s health, particularly those involving conception, pregnancy, birth and lactation that eventually led her back to the classroom to complete an Associate Degree in nursing in 2009.
Michele joined the team of Carolina Conceptions in January of 2010 where she intends to once again be an integral part of providing educational support and compassionate care to women and their partners on their journey to becoming parents. She is available to assist patients with any aspect of their care, with a focus on egg donation/ recipiency.
