Shared Success Program for Recipients (SSPR)
Our Shared Success Program for Recipients (SSPR) is designed to help couples achieve their goal of establishing a family while reducing the financial risk. SSPR is designed to give couples who have an excellent chance of conception by using donor eggs a “warranty” against failure. If you qualify for SSPR, as a couple, you will pay a fixed, discounted program cost for standard IVF with donor eggs and if you do not achieve 8 weeks gestation you will receive $5000 of your program cost back. Our goal at Carolina Conceptions is to make the family you have wanted a reality.
Program Fee: $25,000 includes 1 fresh cycle and 2 Frozen Embryo Transfers (FETs)*
*provided there are frozen embryos from the previous fresh cycle
(Includes retrieval, transfer, ICSI, Assisted Hatching, Extended Culture, Recipient Monitoring)
REFUND AMOUNT: $5,000 if do not achieve 8 weeks gestation from 1 Fresh cycle and/or 2 frozen embryo cycles
ADDITIONAL COSTS (not included in the fixed, discount program cost):
Donor option: $5,500 includes donor compensation, donor monitoring, psychological evaluation and testing per FDA guidelines, donor education, donor anesthesia and coordination of cycles
Cryopreservation of Embryos: $450 -DUE AT EDUCATION CLASS-
Annual Storage Fee (after first year): $360
Screening Labs: $1000-$1200 (Billed directly from outside lab)
Nurse Education: $55 per class (fresh and frozen are different classes)
Hydro sonogram/ HSG: $1100
Mock Transfer: $100
Medications for Fresh Cycle: $3000-8000
Medications for Frozen Cycle: $2000-$3000
Confirmation of Pregnancy and OB scans: $120-$450
All Treatments Associated with Hyper-Stimulation: price varies
Decision and payment for program participation MUST be made at your education class.
