What does this mean? Simply, it means you pay $3, 500 when you turn in your paperwork and the remaining $24,500 (due when you accept a donor) for a single donor cycle and a frozen embryo transfer. If you do not reach 10 weeks gestation, you get $10, 000 back.

Patient Pays $28,000 which includes:

Recipient Monitoring Visits
Donor Psychological Evaluation
Donor Anesthesia
Donor and Recipient Medications From Our Pharmacy
Coordination of Donor/ Recip Cycles
Standard IVF with ICSI
Assisted Hatch
Extended Culture
Nitrogen Incubator
Cryopreservation of Embryos
Egg Retrieval and Transfer
One Frozen Embryo Transfer (not including medication for this cycle)*

Does Not Include The Following Estimated Charges:

Initial Consult: $180-$245
Screening Labs: $1000/person
Hydro sonogram HSG: $850
Nurse Education: $45
Mock Transfer: $100
Semen Analysis: $140
Embryo Storage: billed every January $250
Recipient Medications for Frozen Cycle $2000-$3000*

Most Insurance Companies do cover consult, testing and screening labs.
