ALL PRICES AND PROCEDURES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
PROCEDURE: $6,500.00 Includes: Egg retrieval, lab processing, embryo transfer & Nitrogen
Assisted Hatching: $1,000.00 (IF NOT needed a refund will be issued for Hatching)
Total Due: $7,500.00 DUE AT EDUCATION CLASS
MONITORING VISITS:
Ultrasound & E2 & Office Visit - $300
Ultrasound & Office Visit - $250
E2 only - $85
UNLIMITED VISITS Package - $1500
(expect 3-6 monitoring visits per typical cycle)
MEDICATIONS: Will be Billed From Pharmacy (Expect approx. $3,000-$8,000)
ANESTHESIA: $300 Paid Directly to Nurse Anesthetist (See attached sheet)
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:
Consult - $250-$400 (usually covered by insurance)**
Saline Ultrasound - $950.00 (usually covered by insurance)**
Mock Transfer - $100.00 (NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE)
Nurse Education - $55.00 (IVF PAYMENT DUE @ THIS APPOINTMENT)
Semen Analysis - $145.00 (usually covered by insurance)**
Medical Screening - Billed Directly from the Laboratory
Outside Monitoring - $250
ICSI - $2,000 (DUE AT EDUCATION CLASS)
Embryo Biopsy (PGD) - Day 3: $2,200 Day 5: $2,800 **See additional Fees**
Blastomere Analysis - $2,200-$4,500 (Billed directly from Lab)
Embryo Cryo - $450
Embryo Storage - $360 (Annually Billed Every January)
Pregnancy Test/ OB Scans - $120-$450** (usually covered by insurance)
These are typical costs for an IVF cycle; your Physician may order additional testing.
We are not responsible for charges not correctly relayed by insurance carriers.
