Shared Success Program (SSP)
Our Shared Success Program (SSP) is designed 
to help couples achieve their goal of establishing a family while reducing the financial risk associated with traditional IVF. SSP is designed to give couples who have an excellent chance of conception a “warranty” against failure. If you qualify for SSP, as a couple, you will pay a fixed, discounted program cost for standard IVF and if you don’t have a live birth you will receive 70% of your program cost back. Our goal at Carolina Conceptions is to make the family you have wanted a reality.
Program Fee: $9,800 includes 1 fresh cycle and unlimited Frozen Embryo Transfers (FETs)*
*provided there are frozen embryos from the fresh cycle
Additional Costs (not included in the fixed, discount program cost):
Monitoring package: $1,500 –includes ALL monitoring visits done at Carolina Conceptions (office visit, ultrasound and blood draws needed to monitor your fresh and frozen cycle)
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI): $2,000
Assisted Hatching: $1,000
Extended Culture: $300
Cryopreservation of Embryos: $440
Annual Storage Fee (after first year): $350
Initial Consult: $180-250**
Screening Labs: $1000-$1200**
Nurse Education: $50 per class (fresh and frozen are different classes)
Hydro sonogram/ HSG: $850**
Mock Transfer: $100
Semen Analysis: $140**
Anesthesia at Egg Retrieval: $300
Medications for Fresh Cycle: $3000-5000
Medications for Frozen Cycle: $2000-$3000
Confirmation of Pregnancy and OB scans: price varies**
All Treatments Associated with Hyper-Stimulation: price varies**

If you qualify for SSPP, as a couple, you will pay a fixed, discounted program cost for multiple cycles of standard IVF and if you don’t have a live birth you will receive 70% of your program cost back. Our goal at Carolina Conceptions is to make the family you have wanted a reality.
Program Fee: $16,000 includes 3 fresh cycle and unlimited Frozen Embryo Transfers (FETs)*
*provided there are frozen embryos from the previous fresh cycle
