Sperm Donor Program

If you are interested in using a sperm donor for either artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization, you must complete these simple steps:

I.	Physician Consultation:	Arrange for a consultation with Dr. Couchman or Dr. Meyer who will perform all appropriate medical screening, including bloodwork and anatomical studies. The possible use of fertility medications will also be reviewed at that time.
II.	Choose donor:	Select your donor choices from our recommended various donor banks.
III.	Contact CC Sperm Donor Coordinator:	All patients planning to pursue sperm donation must first meet with CC’s Sperm Lab Manager, Nikki Duncan, to schedule the required screening test results; and to choose the ideal sperm donor. Call her or email her at Sperm Donor Coordinator (email Nikki) to arrange your consultation.
