Telephone Consultations
In an effort to limit out of town patient’s travel to our practice, we are now offering telephone consults. These appointments are NOT filed to any insurance company and are truly offered for your convenience.
If you are interested in our recipient program, embryo adoption program, gestational carrier program or IVF, please feel free to schedule a phone consult with one of our physicians. The cost of this appointment is $250.00 for a 1 hour consult and payment is due at the time of the consult.
