To download a form:

Click on the file name. Depending on your browser, the form will either open immediately or instruct you to save the file to your hard drive. If the form opens in your browser, you can save it to your hard drive by selecting "Save As" under the "File" menu. You can print a form from the browser by selecting "Print" under the "File" menu.
